Impossible questions I'll never figure out the answer to, and thus never be ready to go....

I have too much stuff. That much is clear. But how exactly do you decide what you really need.

I own 9 swimsuits. there's nothing wrong with any of them...except for the fact that a person who doesn't live in florida has no need for 9 swimsuits. Or 14 pairs of flip flops.

How many USB cords and cable cords are a reasonable number to own? I'm guessing its not 7...is it 0????

Do you still need a car charger for your phone when you no longer have a car?

When one has kept every receipt, ticket stub, photo, from a summer trip to europe for 5 years...at what point is it time to accept nothing is ever going to get done with it, and you just throw it away?

Similarly- is it important to keep your souvenir metro card from your first trip to new york, when you are in fact moving to new york?

Just because I haven't worn my boots or my sparkly blue dress since college, does that mean i'll never wear them again? who knows what sort of sparkly blue boot wearing events I'll find myself going to in new york. The possibilities are endless.

I need professional packing assistance....I can't take it anymore!!!!!

Despite my protests that it will be gross, I'm sort of in love with the fritters from buds chicken and seafood!!!  One item off my list complete.  I sort of need to pick up the pace, only 7 weeks left!!!

So i've sort of been sucked into this stupid secret life of the american teenager show. Oh how hilarious! I used to watch it, ya know, in season 1, where it was already a little obnoxious, but now its OVER THE TOP!!!!

I really need to be doing more with my evenings...ya know, taking the dog on walks, cleaning, organizing my life, starting to pack, or at least go through things....but alas, here I sit, watching a show I find obnoxious.....

Oh well, maybe I'll get on top of things tomorrow, for now I really want to know who's getting engaged...

Delray is not really that far away

So today alex and I went to a bbq witb her work people, al of whom were sciencey and super smart, but it was crazy super fun!!  Cutest little 50s hotel by the beach, georgeous private beach, fun bbq food, and a fabulous good time!!!  I don't go to the beach enough!!!  Its time I start seriously taking advantage of it.  Off to ft. Lauderdale to find some spring break wooooooo!!!

Breaking up is hard to do...

77 days left in Florida. 77 days left to do all the things it seems like you should do when you live in Florida, but never actually think about doing when you're here. 77 days to enjoy the sun and the beach and the fabulous palm trees that used to be so foreign to me. I'm heading off to NYC in 77 days, and I plan to enjoy every single bit of Florida before its time to move on. So I'm making a list, I'm checking things off, and I'm saying goodbye right!
